My cozy, light filled studio in Brno offers a personalized space designed to help you reconnect with your body, build strength and restore balance. All sessions are taught in English, making Kinesis accessible to both locals and international community.
Equipped with high-quality Pilates equipment including a Reformer, Springboards, a Pilates Chair, Pilates Arcs and a full range of props. 
The private sessions (with max.2 participants) integrate Pilates principles, body awareness and intentional movement to support all levels, from beginners to advanced movers. 
Whether you are seeking to enhance fitness, recover from injury, address muscle imbalances, or strengthen during and after pregnancy, each session is tailored to your individual needs.
Guided by Elisavet Louletzoglou, graduate of Physical Education and Sports Science university with many years of experience in fitness industry and certified pre & postnatal fitness specialist.
