1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Kinesis, a Pilates and fitness studio located in Brno, Czech Republic. By booking a session, class, or service through our website or via Reservio, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Kinesis provides Pilates, rehabilitation, and pre/postnatal training sessions. All lessons are conducted in English. Sessions may be offered as individual, semi-private, or small-group classes.
3. Bookings and Payments
All class bookings are made through Reservio. Payment is required in advance through the available methods on the platform or directly at the studio. Once payment is completed, your spot in the session is confirmed.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the start time.
Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Kinesis reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes in case of instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified and offered a replacement session or refund.
5. Health and Safety
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in the chosen activities. Please inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before your session. Kinesis is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to disclose relevant health information or improper use of equipment.
6. Studio Rules
Please arrive on time and respect the calm, mindful environment of the studio. Mobile phones should be on silent during sessions. Clean socks or bare feet are required.
7. Liability
Participation in classes is at your own risk. Kinesis and its instructor(s) are not responsible for loss, injury, or damage incurred during or after sessions, except in cases of proven negligence.
8. Personal Data
Personal data collected during bookings is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
